The purpose of the present study was to identify customer requirements and engineering attribute expectations an innovative product which a Kano’s model quality function deployment (QFD) analysis applied. In order accomplish research, new water filling machine design used as case study. This alternative aimed at making life more convenient support people interested in small businesses, since Do-It-Yourself (DIY) saved production costs. research began by classifying obtained answers from questionnaires into groups.
